Relationship Coaching
Whether you are ready to jump into full on polyamory, you feel like your partner is dragging you into it, or somewhere in between, my goal is to help you figure out the type of relationship that works for YOU. I will teach you to better communicate, guide you in setting relationship goals, and help you process feelings of jealousy and insecurity to make this bumpy journey as smooth as possible. Through study and extensive online training (by the Gottman Institute, Esther Perel, Dr. Zhana and others) I've honed a methodology designed to help you cultivate the relationships you desire, whether they be non-monogamous or not. THE PROCESS
EXPLORATORY CALL
The first step is a complimentary call to get to know each other and determine if there's a good fit for working together.
SELF-DISCOVERY PHASE
If we decide to work together, the first step is not only for me to get to know you, but also for you to get to know yourself. Your individual background and personality traits will help us determine what your relationship needs are. If you are working as a couple, we’ll also get to understand your current relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and areas of improvement.
GOAL
SETTING
Based on what we’ll learn in the self-discovery phase, we’ll set clear and achievable goals that you want to work towards during the coaching process. This ensures that everyone is invested in the coaching journey and aligned in their aspirations for the relationship.
SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Throughout the coaching process, you’ll receive ongoing support and accountability to help you stay motivated and focused on your relationship goals. Depending on your needs, this might involve educational resources on opening up (how to deal with jealousy, how to set boundaries, etc.) or exercises to improve your communication skills.

FAQs
Do you do individual or couple’s/ group sessions?
Both! If you are in a primary relationship, my preference is to meet with both of you but we’ll also have individual sessions at times.
How do you conduct your sessions?
Through Zoom. Open to in person if we have the opportunity.
How often will we meet?
I usually start by meeting once a week, the move on to biweekly, monthly and hopefully you’ll eventually feel so good you won’t need me anymore!
How long are the sessions?
75 minutes
How is coaching different from therapy?
I am not a trained therapist but I am pretty good at asking questions and giving non judgmental advice. We will set goals together and I will help you stay accountable, although those goals are likely going to change!
Do you do coaching in Spanish?
Sí!
What’s the cost?
My pricing changes depending on several factors but I wouldn’t want finances to be the reason why you can’t see me. Let’s chat through it!
